Requirements for Vacation Escapade promotion

For Americans and Canadians

• Married or cohabiting couples aged 30 to 75, with matching addresses on their IDs.
• Single women aged 35 to 75.
• Single American men aged 35 to 75.
• Must present a physical credit card.
• Minimum annual income of $40,000 USD.

For Mexicans

• Married couples aged 40 to 70, with matching addresses.
• Single women aged 45 to 65.
• Single men do not qualify.
• Must present two credit cards, one of which must be gold or platinum.
• Department store cards or two standard credit cards are not accepted.
• Minimum combined monthly income of $60,000 MXN.

Reservation policy

• The cost of this package must be fully paid to book with this promotion.
• Taxes are included.
• Travel window from January to April and from May to December 15th.
• This promotion is valid up to 350 days after purchase and travel window for 1 year from purchase. Reservations are subject to availability.
• Check-in at the resort is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
• There are no refunds in case of not using the reserved week.
• In case of canceling or rescheduling the reservation, it must be notified 10 days in advance, otherwise, the reservation right will be lost.
• If the reservation date needs to be changed, it is required to pay the difference in rate, if there is one.

General terms and conditions

• Present identification at the time of check-in at the sales presentation.
• Promotion valid once per family. You are not qualified to purchase this program if you’ve purchased it before.
• This promotion does not apply to direct relatives of the membership partners (children, parents, and/or siblings).
• In the case of couples, at least one must have a full-time job.
• As an exclusive benefit, the total payment of this package will be deducted from the total membership cost.
• Promotion not valid for the Velas Resorts Mexico Vacation Club members.
• Hotel employees, airlines, and travel agencies do not qualify.
• Prospects may not take any other Vacation Club presentations during their stay.
• Clients will be required to attend the mandatory 90-minute presentation after breakfast upon their arrival.
• In the event of not attending the presentation or failing to meet the requirements, the current public fee will be charged. Furthermore, all rewards obtained by the member as a result of their referred package purchase will be canceled.
• This vacation package can be transferred as long as the person who uses it complies with the requirements, policies, terms and conditions.
• Non-refundable and non-cancellable.
• Velas Resorts Mexico is not responsible for any agreement outside of these terms and conditions.
